Recently, our crew completed a prefab kitchen remodel in Lenexa, MO. The client wanted new cabinets, countertops, flooring, and a backsplash installed. So, basically, a brand new look for their outdated kitchen. During the initial consultation, which is always free, our contractor helped the client decide on a style of materials that would complement their home and the bones of their kitchen. After picking out the perfect cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and flooring our client's order was ready to be placed. The distributor that we order from ships extremely quickly and we've never encountered any problems with them. We only use top-of-the-line brands and materials. Once the materials arrived it was time to get to work.

We began by completely gutting the kitchen, except for the walls and ceiling. Our kitchen remodeling team in Lenexa had moved the appliances out of the kitchen area on the morning of the renovation. This prefab kitchen remodel was going to take us some time to complete because of the number of changes that needed to be made but we figured we would be done in about a week's time.

One area of concern that we ran into was the pipes under the sink seemed to be leaking. We consulted with our plumber partner to see about getting that handled as to not cause any damage to the cabinet under the sink. This was a minor process and didn't take much time.

When we pulled up the old flooring we discovered that laminate flooring was underneath. We tore that up and finally reached the subfloor. We laid the new floor planks and soon the prefab kitchen remodel started to pull together.

The cabinets and backsplash were very easy to install and we had no issues. We ended up finishing sooner than expected and our client was extremely pleased with the results. We received an excellent review from this customer plus a recommendation to their friends and family.
